Our department is located in a Category 1 Alarm Receiving Centre offering a variety of services in a safe and secure environment. We can provide a range of services such as: Out Of Hours, Housing Repairs Calls, Lone Working Solutions, and Alarm Monitoring Facilities.

Disaster Recovery

Referrals

Please complete the referral form for the team to review and make contact. If the referral is urgent to assist with discharge from hospital, please can this be indicated to ensure the team process the referral through as a priority. The team adhere to strict TSA guidelines to ensure we maintain our accreditation to ensure you that our customers are the priority.

Wellbeing calls

Telecare Cardiff already provide welfare checks and calls to a variety of sheltered accommodation across Cardiff. This service helps you keep in touch with your service users should an onsite scheme manager not be available.
